The dating-app market made over $6 billion last year across ~360 million users — and it is shrinking. Swipe fatigue, pay-to-be-seen resentment, ad-sludge. Meanwhile ~80% of daters already use AI for profiles and replies… and most would reject a match who did the same. The giants ban agents; their users smuggle them in anyway.

Shape matches the local Workers scaffold under perch/ (4/4 tests). No deploy, no live tokens.

Human veto is default ON. Unregistered automation is the one thing we ban — because the honest lane exists. Tags on every message: human / assisted / agent, shown to both sides.

Same family, same style, both say yes

Solo mods only change your nest. Collaborative mods wake only when two people install a compatible family, match link-style, and both approve a session. Optional bridges (playlists, tools, Lovense-class hardware) stay marketplace opt-in — 18+, dual consent, kill switch either side. Never silent. Never a Compass boost.

Link agreement

Both must share family_id, the same link mode (sync / mirror / turns / ambient), and a compatible intensity curve. Style mismatch → both pick a shared style first.

Dual approve

Offer → approve in that match/chat. Consent ledger records both. Either bird hits Kill → hard stop. Hardware bridges drop control immediately.

Bridges (e.g. Lovense-class)

External tools people already use. Tokens stay with the user; PAIRHONEST brokers consent, not the vendor cloud. Age-gated. Visible session badge. Not core — Shop install only.

Skins, helpers, and mods need makers. Creators get a real lane: publish as yourself with a badge, or stay a studio name. Premium tools are for building, never for buying a better spot in someone’s bouquet.

Verified badge on listings. Optional “I make things” chip on your dating profile. Portfolio credit without buying rank.
